The Bigstartups Ambassador Program ("Program") is designed to partner with influential individuals and organizations ("Ambassadors") to promote Bigstartups' mission, products, and services through traditional ambassador activities and task-based services. By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement").
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate as a Bigstartups Ambassador, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have an active and authentic social media presence with engaged followers
- Demonstrate alignment with Bigstartups' values and mission
- Not be affiliated with competing organizations or programs that conflict with Bigstartups' interests

3. Ambassador Responsibilities

- Submit content for approval when required
Professional Conduct
- Maintain professional behavior in all interactions related to Bigstartups
- Respond to inquiries and communications in a timely manner
- Participate in required training sessions, webinars, or events
- Provide accurate and truthful information about Bigstartups' products and services
Compliance
- Comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure regulations
- Follow FTC guidelines and local regulations regarding sponsored content
- Adhere to platform-specific terms of service for social media channels
- Maintain transparency about your relationship with Bigstartups
4. Task-Based Services Platform
4.1 Task Marketplace Overview
The Bigstartups Ambassador Program includes a task marketplace where Ambassadors may accept and complete paid tasks posted by other users, companies, or organizations within the Bigstartups network ("Task Providers").
4.2 Task Provider Requirements
Task Providers must:
- Be verified members of the Bigstartups network
- Provide clear, detailed task descriptions and requirements
- Specify compensation amounts and payment terms upfront
- Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Not request tasks that violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws
4.3 Ambassador Task Responsibilities
When accepting tasks, Ambassadors agree to:
- Complete tasks according to specified requirements and deadlines
- Maintain professional communication with Task Providers
- Deliver work that meets agreed-upon quality standards
- Provide regular progress updates when requested
- Submit completed work through designated platform channels
5. Credit-Based Compensation System
5.1 Credit Earning Structure
Ambassadors earn credits by completing approved tasks within the Bigstartups network. Credit amounts are determined based on task complexity, value, and Ambassador performance. Credits are awarded only upon successful completion and approval of submitted tasks.
5.2 Credit Redemption Thresholds
- Credits can be redeemed for cash only after reaching minimum threshold requirements
- Threshold amounts vary based on Ambassador roles and subscription levels
- Bigstartups reserves the right to modify redemption thresholds at any time with or without prior notice
- Current threshold requirements will be displayed in the Ambassador dashboard
5.3 Redemption Process
Payouts are made exclusively upon Ambassador redemption requests. Redemption requests must be submitted through the official Ambassador portal. Ambassadors may choose when to redeem accumulated credits above the minimum threshold.
6. Cash Conversion and Withdrawal System
6.1 Credit to Cash Conversion
- Credits are converted to cash using a multiplier rate determined by Bigstartups
- The conversion multiplier may change at any time based on Bigstartups' business requirements
- Current conversion rates are available in the Ambassador dashboard
- Converted cash is reflected in the Ambassador's earnings balance
6.2 Withdrawal Process
- Cash earnings can be withdrawn to bank accounts through withdrawal requests
- Processing time for withdrawals is 7-14 business days from request approval
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before raising any withdrawal requests
- Incomplete or invalid KYC documentation will result in withdrawal request rejection
6.3 Revenue Sharing Structure
Bigstartups reserves the right to modify upward sharing percentages of redeemed cash and earned cash. Changes to revenue sharing terms will be communicated through official channels. New sharing structures apply to future earnings and may not affect previously earned amounts.
7. Task Quality and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Quality Standards
- All task deliverables must meet professional industry standards
- Task Providers have the right to request reasonable revisions
- Ambassadors must provide up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost
- Persistent quality issues may result in suspension from the task marketplace
7.2 Task Dispute Process
- Direct Resolution: Parties attempt to resolve issues through platform messaging
- Mediation: Bigstartups may facilitate mediation for unresolved disputes
- Final Decision: Bigstartups reserves the right to make final determinations on payment disputes
- Appeal Process: Either party may appeal decisions within 14 days
7.3 Task Cancellation
- Tasks may be cancelled by mutual agreement with appropriate compensation for completed work
- Unilateral cancellation by Task Providers may require full payment if work has commenced
- Ambassadors who repeatedly abandon tasks may face program suspension
8. Task Integrity and Fraud Prevention
8.1 Task Submission Requirements
All task submissions must be legitimate and represent genuine work performed by the Ambassador. Submissions must meet specified quality standards and completion criteria. False or misleading task submissions are strictly prohibited.
8.2 Activity Permanence
Activities and task submissions cannot be deleted after submission. All submitted work becomes part of the permanent Ambassador activity record. Modification requests must be submitted through official support channels.
8.3 Profile Authenticity
Ambassadors must use only real, authentic profiles for all program activities. Fake profiles, bot accounts, or misrepresented identities are strictly prohibited. Profile verification may be required at Bigstartups' discretion.
8.4 Fraud Detection and Penalties
Any fraudulent practices will be treated as strict violations resulting in immediate account blocking. Fraudulent activities include but are not limited to:
- Fake task submissions or artificial activity generation
- Multiple account creation or identity misrepresentation
- Manipulation of credit earning or conversion systems
- Collusive behavior with Task Providers
8.5 Account Termination for Fraud
- Ambassadors found engaging in fraudulent practices will have their accounts permanently blocked
- No outstanding dues, credits, or pending payouts will be honored upon fraud-based termination
- Blocked Ambassadors are permanently banned from future program participation
- Bigstartups may pursue legal action for damages resulting from fraudulent activities
9. Prohibited Task Categories
The following types of tasks are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal activities or services
- Adult content creation or promotion
- Academic dishonesty (essay writing, exam taking, etc.)
- Spam or misleading marketing activities
- Personal services requiring physical presence
- Financial services requiring professional licensing
- Medical or legal advice requiring professional credentials
- Tasks that violate intellectual property rights
10. Prohibited Activities
Ambassadors must not:
- Engage in spam, deceptive, or misleading marketing practices
- Make false or unsubstantiated claims about Bigstartups' products or services
- Participate in competing ambassador or affiliate programs without disclosure
- Use Bigstartups' brand assets for unauthorized purposes
- Engage in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities that could damage Bigstartups' reputation
- Discriminate against or harass any individuals or groups
- Accept tasks beyond personal skill level or capacity
- Subcontract tasks without explicit permission
- Share Task Provider information with competitors
- Create fake reviews or ratings for completed tasks
- Attempt to circumvent the platform for direct payments
- Misrepresent qualifications or capabilities for specific tasks
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Bigstartups Property
- All Bigstartups trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of Bigstartups
- Ambassadors may use provided materials only for authorized Program activities
- Any unauthorized use of Bigstartups' intellectual property is strictly prohibited
11.2 Ambassador Content
- Ambassadors retain ownership of original content created for the Program
- Bigstartups receives a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Ambassador content for marketing purposes
- Ambassadors warrant that their content does not infringe on third-party rights
12. Confidentiality
Ambassadors agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:
- Non-public information about Bigstartups' business operations
- Upcoming product launches or strategic initiatives
- Proprietary marketing strategies and materials
- Commission structures and payment details of other Ambassadors
- Credit conversion rates and threshold information
This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the Ambassador relationship.
13. Platform Liability and Responsibilities
13.1 Bigstartups' Role
Bigstartups acts as a facilitator and payment processor but is not:
- Responsible for the quality of task deliverables
- A party to the working relationship between Ambassadors and Task Providers
- Liable for delays, disputes, or quality issues related to specific tasks
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with local labor laws
13.2 Ambassador Classification
- Ambassadors remain independent contractors for all activities
- Task performance does not create employment relationships with Task Providers
- Ambassadors are responsible for their own tax obligations on all earnings
- Workers' compensation and benefits are not provided by Bigstartups or Task Providers
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice.
14.2 Immediate Termination
Bigstartups may immediately terminate an Ambassador's participation for:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Engagement in prohibited activities
- Failure to maintain eligibility requirements
- Conduct detrimental to Bigstartups' reputation or business interests
- Fraudulent practices or activities
14.3 Post-Termination Obligations
Upon termination, Ambassadors must:
- Cease all promotional activities for Bigstartups
- Return or destroy confidential materials
- Remove Bigstartups-related content if requested
- Complete any pending transactions according to existing terms
15. System Modifications and Compliance
15.1 Dynamic System Changes
- Bigstartups maintains the right to modify any aspect of the credit, conversion, or payout system
- Changes may be implemented immediately for system security or compliance reasons
- Ambassadors are responsible for staying current with system updates and modifications
15.2 Compliance Monitoring
- All Ambassador activities are subject to automated and manual review
- Suspicious patterns or activities trigger enhanced monitoring protocols
- Compliance violations may result in immediate credit freezing or account suspension
15.3 Appeal Process for Blocked Accounts
- Ambassadors may submit appeals for account blocking decisions within 30 days
- Appeals must include detailed explanations and supporting documentation
- Bigstartups' final decision on fraud-related blocks is binding and non-negotiable
16. Limitation of Liability
Bigstartups' liability to Ambassadors is limited to:
- Unpaid credits earned prior to termination (subject to conversion and threshold requirements)
- Direct damages not exceeding $1,000 USD
- Bigstartups is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
17. Indemnification
Ambassadors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bigstartups from claims arising from:
- Ambassador's breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Ambassador's negligent or wrongful acts
- Content created or distributed by the Ambassador
- Violations of third-party rights or applicable laws
- Task-related disputes or quality issues
18. Modification of Terms
Bigstartups reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via:
- Email notification to active Ambassadors
- Updates posted on the Bigstartups website
- In-app notifications or dashboard alerts
Continued participation in the Program after notice constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
19. Dispute Resolution
19.1 Governing Law
