We were asked by a reader to shortlist the top existing commercial buildings in Mumbai and in turn, the Jagaha team had a meeting to discuss the same and came up with the top ten existing commercial properties in Mumbai.

We have split the article into two (this is Part I if you will) and have listed five of the top commercial ten buildings in Mumbai below (Please note we did not specifically rank the commercial properties in Mumbai within the top ten).

Raheja Mindspace is a top of the line commercial building located in Airoli West, Mumbai, which is on a land area of fifty acres with a total carpet area of 8.3 million square feet.
