Mango Pulp is the inner flesh, yellow part inside the mango. It can be easily extracted from mango by just peeling or squashing the ripened mangoes. Once Mango pulp are extracted from mangoes, pour in to vacuumed glass bottle & refrigerate it.That retains the freshness and retain for long period. Now days they are available in sealed can. The remaining pulp can be resealed and stored again by tightly closing and refrigerating it. It can be used for 4 to 6 days after the seal is opened.
